How do I get Admission into MBA?
MBA is one of the most sought after programmes in the world. Students in their final year or graduates with some work experience are welcome to apply for the programme. We invite students from all graduate disciplines who are capable of flaunting leadership skills and who can display high levels of commitment towards broadening their horizon in a rigorous academic environment.
Admission Process and Requirements
The Brochure and application forms are available at the Institute's premises or can be downloaded from the website. The filled in applications should be submitted to the institute's officer-admissions. The candidates short-listed on the basis of the PGCET/K-MAT scores will have to attend counseling at the Institute's premises.
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Students should also appear for one of the National level Management Entrance Examination as per the AICTE norms.
- Students seeking government seat allotment should write the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) or Karnataka Management Test (K-MAT), rankings of which will be considered for admission.
Financing Your Education:
The fee structure of CIMS is very affordable. The fee for the MBA programme is payable in four installments through four semesters.
In case you seek external funding of your fees, all major banks in India provide Educational loan facilities to students. The Institute provides all assistance in providing the documents that are required for sanctioning of loans.
